Indiana Court Docket is a private information resource, not a court clerk's office. For an official docket, hearing setting, or case file, contact the Indiana court or county Clerk of the Circuit Court that holds it. The options below distinguish MyCase's statewide lookup from the local office responsible for the complete record in the county where the case was filed.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We operate an independent reference hub and cannot retrieve or change a case record, reset a court date, issue a certified copy, or give legal advice. Those requests must go to the Indiana court or county Clerk of the Circuit Court with authority over the case.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

For Indiana court information, use the statewide case index for an initial lookup and the local court or clerk for the official record:

  • A statewide case lookup: search by name or case number in Indiana MyCase, the Indiana Courts Case Search portal
  • A full Chronological Case Summary: the county Clerk of the Circuit Court maintains the official case record; select the county in the directory to reach its court resources
  • A hearing date or setting: consult the court dates page and verify the setting with the court or clerk for that case, found through the county directory
  • A certified copy: request it from the court or county clerk holding the original record; the directory helps identify the county office
  • Indiana court structure: review the state court system page to understand which court handles a case

MyCase can help locate a case, but the county clerk keeps its full CCS and the court or clerk issues official copies. The county directory routes you to the relevant Indiana county.
